Confused 😞

I have been ttc since July, I was on cerazette and apart from withdrawal bleeding 18th July I had no period till November 5th, then my next was 2nd December. On the 27th December my period came early and lasted 2 days, then I had nothing until 3rd February and again it was for 2 days. I've had early pregnancy symptoms for over 4 weeks now. I already have 2 children and during both pregnancies I have never had a positive test, my gp even tested me with my youngest at 5 months and it still showed negative, I'm really confused and don't want to build my hopes up, I had my bloods done this morning so I should know Thursday. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

It wouldn't be unusual to get a negative test at 5 months pregnant actually as by that point hcg has massively died down.
