Early signs of pregnancy or just insanity?!!!

Apologies that this is my second thread about something similar but it's progressed.
Dtd every other day up to cd13. Now got about 9 days until Af due.
Either Mother Nature is cruel or pregnant! Can someone give me their honest opinions on this please? Symptom list below and brackets are alternate explanations:
Nausea (pre natal vitamins?) usually at night but does come in waves during the day too, particularly if hungry.
Uncomfortable feeling in lower abs. (Imagined?)
Toe nail fell off (damaged about 6 years ago).
Daily headaches (do usually have lots of migraines).
Dry, sore throat especially at night (winter cold coming?)
Dizzy spells (recently came off anti depressants)
So tired (not that unusual!)
Sinus infection (never had before)
Itchy skin on tummy occasionally (again imagined?!)
Hair not falling out as much (perhaps coincidence)

Phew I think that's it! Am I going mad or could I be? The wait is killing me!!! Sorry for such a long post

I'm praying for you!!!! I've got a sore throat/ tonsilitiois too and on pregnancy friendly antibiotics and have felt so so sick since taking them- am praying its a sign as has terrible sickness with my first child!

Impossible to say - but you know that

If you've 9 days to go, the embryo most likely won't have implanted yet. Sickness and dizziness are caused by hormones produced after implantation.

So... These symptoms probably aren't pregnancy related, but it's so early anything could happen yet. So - who knows - maybe a bfp is still on the way! Good luck.

It is too early to have symptoms. So you are probably just reading too much into things. But that doesn't mean you're not pregnant, you'll just have to wait a week or so to test.

I'm pregnant for the second time. I swear I had more symptoms lots of months that I wasn't pregnant, than the times I turned out to be. I'm sure you'll get your BFP soon!

I think ttc is enough to drive anyone round the proverbial bend. I'm 9dpo, gassy, vivid dreams, spotted a bit, temps are good, sore throat and cold (not so good 😝) and I've had backache all afternoon. If af show up after all this teasing I'm going to drown my sorrows in a huge bottle of Baileys.

Agree with pp, it's too early for symptoms.
For me the only symptoms were dizziness and sore boobs and that was right before AF was due. I had way more symptoms on the months I wasn't pregnant.
