Any one used the clear blue ovulation digital stick?

Hi Everyone.

im 32 and TTC baby no.1 Its my first month of trying and I bought the clear blue ovulation test. I started my period on Nov 28th and starting peeing on the stick 5 days ago. first two days I got a circle (negative) and the last three days I've got a flashing smiley face. has anyone used this and fallen preggers first time? also is everyday trying when it flashes bad? do the sperms die after awhile? sorry it might be silly a question.
