Has anyone had treatment for adhesions?

I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience to me.

After 4 mcs and 3 erpcs, I was diagnosed with adhesions during a hysteroscopy at the end of March. The hospital implanted two mirena coils and prescribed a month's worth of HRT to help the area heal without further scarring forming.

The problem is that since the coils were removed (at the end of April), my cycle has been almost non-existent and my periods are now even shorter (now 1.5 days). I have no ewmc or 'desire' to do anything about ttc-ing.

I'm struggling to fix up a chat with the dr, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this? And if the loss of my cycle after this treatment is normal.
