50 day cycle???

As the topic States!!! I'm currently on day 50.... I'm scared that my period has stopped forever! Any one else experienced this and it has returned??

Have you seen your gp about it or any underlying issues?

Yea I went on Friday cause I'm soo tired at the minute! She didn't really take much notice of the missing period side of things !! They are investigating if it's my thyroid! But I feel grand other than tiredness!! I'm just looking up symptoms online too much and scaring myself!! Have u conceived ok after this? Or still Ttc?

Still trying to conceive number one but its only been just over a year and a bit so trying not to worry yet.

I had to push and push for blood tests though, and they finally diagnosed PCOS in April this year. We're now on a waiting list to see a consultant, so trying to keep looking on the positive side.

Wait to see what the thyroid investigations are and try not to read too much online, I know it's difficult! These things have a way of working themselves out

That said, if everything comes back fine, think of it as another thing off your list and maybe push for a few blood tests to put your mind at ease. Your GP shouldn't be brushing away any concerns you have no matter how unfounded they may be.

I've had a few of those and have PCOS also. It's a pain in the ass, but not much you can do about it. It came on eventually anyway, but so annoying when you are trying to conceive.
