Hi everyone!
I have been having trouble with ttc and my doc refered me to the fertility clinic. Went a couple of weeks ago and the nurse said she thinks I have PCO which she could see from the ultrasound she done! Had lots of bloods taken and hubby to hand in sample etc next week!!
It's abit of a kick in the teeth and kind of in limbo about it!! I don't know what to do or what to think?! It also been told to lose weight but seem to be putting it on!! Anyone any ideas what diets are best for PCO also??
I know lots of people have it and manage it and it's not impossible but the consultant hasn't seen me it and the nurse didn't really enlighten me!! I'm desperate for a baby
