Would anaemia affect ttc?

I have anaemia and have been given x3 iron tablets a day by gp, however, the tablets make me feel very sick and get very constipated. I hate having to take them as they make me feel awful

I was previously having 2 spatone sachets a day but obviously they were not working for some reason. I just can't cope with the tablets, ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate.
I got some feroglobin today-is that any better?

Does being anaemic affect fertility in any way?

as i was told to take a supplement but never do i forget/lazy

swallowing a large tablet is never fun
