Can someone help with ovulation please

hi everyone i've always had about 12 days luteal phase always used to ovulate around day 19-20 and have a period of 30-31 days. i started taking vitamin b6 and this month i ovulated on day 14 but im not sure when my period is supposed to be due then as although they say the luteal phase is always the same length, only the time before that, that can vary but in this case as i took the b6, should i expect it to be longer than 12 days then?

I was wanting to ask a similiar question. About how long the luteal phase is and whether it can vary by much. My last cycle was 50 days as my periods are still settling after being on the pill.

the luteal phase is the time between ovulation and your period and is always the same amount of days (most of the time ) around 12-16 days. i think it needs to be at least 11 days otherwise the egg won't have the time to travel and implant because your period starts. that's why i started taking b6 just to give it a better chance and it seems to have imporved it so i guess i just have to see when my period starts and i will be able to tell what my luteal phase has extended to. so far im on day 13-14 (as im not sure which day i should count as ovulation as i got peak twice on my ovulation stick).
