Ridiculous question at the grand old age of 40 , but I tend to get ovulation pain most months. - I've always assumed that's what it is as it tends to be mid cycle, roughly where I imagine where my ovaries are and is one-sided.
So, when I get this pain, is this actually the point of ovulation? Is this when the egg is being released? Or is this just part of the process and maybe the egg is released later?
[ponders the frequent DTD sessions prior to this pain on sunday...]
TIA if anybody is wiser than me!
