I started my nasel spray today for down regulation and have been feeling fine. The only thing i will say is i feel so bloated. My work trousers were unbelievably tight and the thought of wearing my jeans...well forget it!! Looks like i'm gonna be living in my leggings for the nxt few weeks lol thank god its autumn. Just wondered is it normal, i expected bloating when i start my injections but i didn't expect it with the spray??? I can honestly say i look pregnant xx
