Is it the one by toni somebody? I thought it was a worthwhile read and used it in conjunction with the fertility friend website

I think she brings out a new edition every so often. I found it really useful. I'm much more aware of my body and fertility signs!

It's not new (maybe new edition) but it is fantastic. I used FAM for contraception for years (successfully) and then when we ttc I conceived every month (two early losses, third month stuck, now 17 weeks pregnant). Very empowering. I have very irregular cycles too so not at all a straightforward case.

I bought it recieved it found out i was pg 2 days later ( after 28 months!) so technically it works brilliantly Grin i will still read it and have had it recommended by loads of MNers as i have PCO so shite cycles

A great book and a really interesting read. I learnt a lot of things about my cycle and why each part of it is important.

I would encourage every woman to read it.

I used the ewcm changes and temp taking and it was successful for me. Good luck Smile

It's great, really helped me to understand what was happening around ov and Ewcm. Highly rcommend the Fertility Friend website too.

I can't recommend that book enough, especially if you have irregular cycles. I learnt so much that I wish I'd known years ago. It saved my sanity and lots of pointless poas (not late and pg, just irregular!) and was successful for me too.
