Co Q10 - advice from anyone who's tried it please

Hi,
My acupuncturist has recommended I start taking Q10 ASAP in prep for imminent IVF to help boost egg quality following a rubbish appt with consultant who basically told me my eggs are likely to be shit and he'd be surprised if I got to ET - this 'expert opinion' is based on an AMH of 4.22 and FSH's of 14 & 19, i lnow they're not great but they're not the worst results in the world!

Anyway, there are so many different shapes and size of Q10, does anyone know how much I should be taking?

Any other advice to improve egg quality and stick it to the stupid consultant?
