Hi all, I recently went for my 21 day bloods (which I worked out to be day 24 as I've had slightly longer cycles these last couple of months) and I called for the results on Mon. The receptionist said there was 'no further action required and the test confirmed ovulation'. However I got in from work tonight, and there's a letter saying I need to go for 'fasting bloods, ASAP' where I have not eaten for 12h beforehand. This cant be related to the 21 day bloods, as it's day 30 now(!)
Has anyone else been for this test, following the 21 day bloods? Is it testing for something entirely different? I'll call the docs as soon as it opens tomorrow, but I'll prob not get to speak to her til next week, and tho the receptionists are lovely, they 'aren't medical' as they tell me every time I bombard them(!!) Any advice, similar stories appreciated ! TIA.
