Desperate to conceive after 2 mcs

Hi, I had 2 missed mcs last year. After 6 months of no period, I had a hysteroscopy 8 weeks ago where the doctor found and removed scar tissue. I felt so positive, even better when I finally had a near normal period. But I've just had another period, if you can call it that - brown discharge, really light - and I'm so scared I'm back to where I started. We're desperate to have another baby (so lucky to have a 3yr old conceived really easily), but I feel so miserable trying each month and nothing happening. Am also really scared of another mc. I'm 37 and worried that time is running out. Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself, I know there are people a lot worse off than me.

Has anyone been through something similar?

Hey tweetie I'm sorry to hear of your mcs Sad. Have you thought about visiting your gp? It's poss you could get checked out. My circumstances are different so I can't offer any advice, but hopefully someone who can will be along in a bit. Best if luck to you

Are you sure it's not implantation bleeding?

I'm 41 and tcc number two, but had an ectopic in November and lost a tube. Previously I'd conceived quickly both times (have 1 yr old DS). Been trying since then and no joy Sad so I feel your pain.

Every time AF arrives I feel so disappointed. Hopefully our time will come Tweety, don't give up hope. You've had one proper period so that sounds promising!

hi tweetypie2 I also had 2 miscarriages last year. I was diagnosed with high nk cells. I've been ttc for about 5 months with no luck, my periods have become lighter, at my last follicle tracking scan they said my lining was ok at 7.2mm but suggested a hysteroscopy due to ERPC's and a perforated uterus.

I can relate to your frustration about the periods, someone on here suggested taking some supplements, 600mgs of vit e and 6gms of L'arginine, also brazil nuts kiwifruit and grapefruit juice are supposed to help.

Big hugs x
