Like where to buy it in the UK (for cheap), is it worth it, how do you use it and would you recommend it?

I bought it on Amazon. The only sperm-friendly lubes I have found are that and Conceive Plus (which you can buy in Boots). They are useful if you need the lube but are not a miracle route to pregnancy. I've used one or the other mpst cycles for the last year and not got a BFP.

I don't know of any cheap sources.

Conceive plus is also available on amazon I've just discovered and it's five quid cheaper! That's five quid cheaper than it is in Boots, also five quid than the pre seed. I think it depends on what you need it for. As euro says, pre seed is a good lube for applying before the nookie.it's also useful if you're trying the jiap method because it comes with a syringe! The conceive plus Is good if you use lube but look to substitute for something with a sperm friendly alternative, the only negative about the conceive plus is it's fricking cold! Brr.

If you don't need artificial lubrication then save your money and don't bother. It is better than using other lube like KY or durex, but if you don't need lube at all then you would be wasting your money.

It's good if you need a quickie Grin

But it hasn't got me pregnant yet. Sadly only sperm can do that.

I used it last month for the 1st time because my ewcm dried up the month before a couple of days before ovulation and this month I did get bfp. Not sure whether it helped but it was the only new thing I tried that month.

I got it from amazon - I think it was about £11 for a tube and 9 applicators. Using it was easy - like inserting a tampon but a bit cold. Good luck!
