He did when we were TCC. I researched and bought them, but he didn't need nagging to take them.

Dunno if they helped. Can't do any harm and it feels positive to be doing something.

i have been feeding DP those Wellman conception vitamins and zinc. I'm almightily peed off that i discovered Wellman (i'm on pregnacare) because of the expense. They haven't worked for us in the last year but because they say on the box that 'they could help conception', I can't bear to take him off! I do sometimes think that I'm being screwed over with some of these conception tablets but when desperation sets in, i'll try anything.

I am trying to get hubby to take Wellman Conception. He seems to remember about half the time. Maybe if his SA comes back as poor*, he will step it up!

*Of course, I am hoping this will not be the case.

My DP was advised to take them to improve his swimmers and he flatly refused. We had an appointment with the gynae and he said something like "oh just tell her that I've been taking them". I flatly refused to lie because as I strongly pointed out to him I have been prodded, poked in my most intimate areas, spoken about the most private things to total strangers and he couldn't be bothered to pop a pill each day. I think the penny dropped and he is now taking them. I'm not sure if they are having any benefit because he hasn't had a follow up SA but I just feel happier knowing that we are doing all we can.

I'd bought the his n her pregnacare/wellman conception ones. He was crap at taking them til his SA came back as low motility. He researched and said he needed zinc etc where I haughtily replied.'yes they're all in your wellman pills!'. Taken them every day since Wink. Proof will be in the next SA in August (or the bfp!).

After a disappointing SA back in December (poor motility being the biggest issue) I promptly started DH on Wellman tablets, plus an extra zinc tablet and omega 3&6. Had the results back from a SA in April and his motility is now above average!! I imagine the tablets must have had something to do with it...not preggars yet though but feeling more positive.

So I'd recommend them. My DH is rubbish at remembering to take them so I get them out every eve for him to have. Boots have them 3 for 2 at the moment too.

Yes, he is taking Zita West Vits. I figured it might help counteract our geneally stressful busy lives.

I was pleasantly suprised at how compliant he was as I was expecting a bit of Hmm

The only pain is that they are meant to be take 3 times a day and he only managed 2. I don't expect him to take them to work to be honest!

Now I just need to work on the sexing on demand which he has more of a problem with!

Not preggers yet though!
