Can you recommend a thermometer?

I ordered a basal body thermometer but when it came it said clinical thermometer accurate to 0.2 degrees. I'm not convinced it will be any good. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I am not an expert so bumping this up the list in the hope that someone more knowledgeable will pop in! One suggestion though - why don't you make a start with the one you have and see how it goes? You may be one of the luckier women who have a decent sized temp shift, and the one you have already may be fine?
