We have never swapped houses before so not really sure what anyone needs to know.
We moved to our house 6 months ago, it was an ex show home for David Wilson. New development of 14 houses.
Some building work is still taking place Mon - Friday but it doesn't bother us
Pub immediately opposite.
4 bed, 3 storey property.
We are a family with a 2.5 year old and newborn baby looking for anywhere coastal to stay, ideally for a long weekend - dates are flexibile, preferably over summer.
We have a small pretty garden with children's toys, slides, sandpit etc, which happy to be used
Park within 2 minutes walk away
Central for M1, 10 mins drive or so and near to East Midlands Airport.
Attractions include Rutland Water, Carsington Water, Alton Towers ... all about an hours drive or so.
