Leave her until tomorrow if she doesn't want to eat anything. Could she manage lucozade or flat coke or lemonade?

Oh no! you poor things!

Hope you manage to avoid it.

Your dd will be fine without food for a couple of days. It might even help her to get better quicker.

Hope you get some sleep tonight .

DS1 aged 8 also has this vomiting bug and threw up every 10 mins for the first 24 hrs and several times next day and night. We're now on day three, after me being up for a third night with him last night. He can still barely sip water, is listless and sleepy, feeling lousy and looking terrible. I'm really worried and have now called the GP and hope they'll call back before I have to collect DS2 from school - with sick child in tow, as there's no one to have him/ look after him. He keeps looking flushed and has hot cheeks but a LOW body temp. and freezing hands and feet and his eyes have dark circles underneath.

Is this similar to your daughter? DS1 is ultra slim at the best of times and now looks skeletal and is still unable to eat and has only had the equivalent of one glass of water since Monday night.

Anyone else got any advice/ tips or have a child with this vomiting bug at present???
