Advice Needed Regarding Jabs- Help Please!

We are currently in Turkey visiting in-laws and not due home until September. DS turned 1 on Wednesday and of course was due his 12 months jab at the doctors back home.

I mentioned at his 8 month review that we would be away when the jab due and HV said it would se no problem for him to have the jab when he came home, and that his 13 month jab would follow the month after.

However, DS is now staying here with grandparents until 20 October, which means he will be 14 months by the time he is home.

I wondered if anybody knew from personal experience if it would be ok to wait so long for his 12 month jab? If needed, he could have the jab here, but just feel more better about him having all his jabs in the UK.

what do they have at 12 months?

I was horribly late with all my children's jabs. A combination of them being ill and moving. They asked about it (the nurses) but didn't make a fuss.

The nurses will give them what they can and tell you when they can have the next one.

Loads of kids on catch-ups where I work.
