Does your 3yo still have a really big sticking-out belly?

I know babies and toddlers have big tummies, but DS's is huge - as if, proportionally, he was about 7 months pregnant - while his contemporaries seem to have lost theirs. He's got slimmer in general, but still has the tum, at 3.2.

It's not hard or sore or anything, it's soft, and it lies pretty much flat when he's lying down. But still, is it normal? I'm thinking of asking the gp but then again I might be having a pfb moment and get laughed out of the room.

DP wondered if it's because he still drinks quite a lot of milk... any ideas?

My dd's does. She's otherwise pretty small. I'm not worried - should I be?!

It's the lack of tummy muscles it's completely normal. I am mourning the loss of dd3's big tummy it is finally getting slimmer now she's nearly 5!

Thank you all! Yes, I like it too as long as it's nothing to worry about. (DS is also very proud of it )
