Red and blue legs and screaming!

Hello, I was wondering if any parents have had experience with symptoms like my baby..
She is 13 weeks old and very happy, drinking well and passing loads of lovely wet nappies ect. For a week now, nearly everyday she goes from being very happy to screaming and a red and blue rash appear on her legs starting from her feet up to the top of her thighs. It last between 5-20 min and she is inconsolable until the rash starts to calm down. After she is perfectly fine again. I can’t think of anything that could have caused it and there are not any consistency’s in when it happens. I am currently in the process of getting her referred. The GP’ she has seen have never seen anything like it and it doesn’t present like a typical allergy ect.
The closest symptoms is that if Reynauds.
Has anyone had this experience before?
See attached picture.
Thank you

Hi, can't see any picture so question is the rash on the skin or under the skin? Doesn't sound like reynauds to me as surely that would also affect her fingers/hands and would have an obvious trigger such as being out in the cold etc. Are you sure the crying is BECAUSE of the rash or is the rash occurring because she's crying so hard?

That's the thing it's hard to actually say if the crying is causing it or if she is crying because it hurts but she does always scream when it's happening which makes me feel as though it's hurting her.
The rash looks like it's under the skin. I will try and post a picture again but it's not been letting me.

What about temperature of the legs/feet during this?

So I’m just going to chuck something really random in here. I’m not saying this is what your daughter has for definite but might be something to look into when you’ve exhausted other avenues?

My friend had a baby who also had bouts of something that sounds very much like this and after months of fruitless help from GP’s and hospital, someone told her to try taking the baby to a Chiropractor. It turns out it was something to do with her spine and the chiropractor clicked it all gently back into place and the baby had no more episodes of this.

Just a thought as the symptoms are amazingly similar!

Is it a bit rash? Could be autoimmune related...something like Erythromelalgia?

Thank you everyone for all you help.
Yes the red areas are warm. Unfortunately it won't let me post pictures as I haven't been a member long enough.
The red rash goes up to the top of her thighs and she screams.
It lasts between 5-20 min xxx
