12 month injections

Hi!
My son has just had his 12 month injections on Monday.
He’s normally so loud and constantly on the go.
I know the injections have side effects but his earlier ones didn’t seem to affect him.
This time he’s so emotionless, he will literally just be wide awake but staring into thin air!
He normally needs to be constantly entertained so this is very unusual.
He’s been very clingy to the point where we can’t even put him down without him shaking and clinging on for dear life. Even when I walk around with him he grips on to me really hard.
He’s also got really bad breath

Does this sound normal?
I’ve tried looking up the side effects and yes they are common but not the bad breath.
He hasn’t really eaten anything the last 2 days just been having his milk so it can’t be anything he’s eaten
