High Eosinophils

Has anyone experience of high eosinophils in blood work. My almost 8 year old has regularly had bloods since the age of 2 and in the most recent blood work looking for anaemia as she is constantly exhausted and not playing as she usually does, it's been found that her eosinophils are significantly high. This is the first time in all her blood work that this has shown up as high.

They have re done blood work to test for allergies. Does anyone have any experience of this please? If so how high was your child's levels?

My daughter had a high eosinophil count, sorry can’t remember what is was, picked up in her blood tests which were done because she was feeling extremely tired.
Our GP referred her to hospital where the consultant wasn’t that bothered and didn’t feel the need for further testing although she was prescribed high dose folic acid as her levels were low.
