Blood when doing a poo

Hi
My dd 9 has said the last 3 or 4 times of going to poo she's had blood on wiping.she doesn't know if it's in the loo she said as she hasn't looked.I've told her next time she goes to call me& I will look.
She also says it hurts when she goes& also hurts when she goes for a wee unless she stop starts.
She's fine otherwise.eats normally plays etc.she's not been constipated.it's not unusual for her to go 2 or 3 times a day sometimes 4!
I posted on here back in August about the fact that while she was jumping on the trampoline at a friends she suddenly had to stop because she had the feeling poo had come out so had to rush home& change.it wasn't a lot& hasn't happened since but wondering if the 2 things are connected?
I'm going to get her an appointment with Dr but just wondered if anyone has any ideas what it could be?
TIA

It's meant to say NOT been constipated!

Anal fissure? Have a peep at her bum and look for a tiny cut on her anus. That would cause pain and a streak of blood on the tissue.

Obvs she needs see doctor as you said anyway. Hope it gets sorted.

Could she maybe have a small pile or cut on her bum from wiping or straining too much?
It could be something like IBS or chrons but she'd probably have other symptoms too and would be feeling unwell.
Check the blood she see if it's bright red fresh blood or dark older blood. Dark blood is more sinister. And is it just a few drops or lots?

She says it's quite a big patch.even drew it for me bless her!
Yes I get IBS myself so do both her grown up sisters but as u say she would have lots of tummy aches etc.I did wonder about piles bit she doesn't ever have to strain.

Is it everytime she goes or just now and again? It's not her period is it? Mine started at 9. Probably not though if she's only bleeding when she goes to the toilet.
A cut on/inside her anus might be the issue from over wiping. It might be unable to heal and it's very common. doesn't like anything sinister if she isn't unwell other than that

It's been every time she goes for the last 3 or 4 times.she's not bleeding at any other time.it could be over wiping.we had to tell her a month or so ago about wiping it enough as there was regularly poo in her knickers so maybe she's now gone the other way!

Get some of the wet toilet tissues for her and see if that helps. She might be rubbing too hard. If it stops in a few days then it was probably just something that needed to heal up
