Took my 5 (nearly 6) year old to the docs, he had s&d on and off last week and came out in spots yesterday, vomited twice last night but has had no fever over this time...I think he's got pox, doctor doesn't because he hasn't had them on his scalp or face, just trunk and bottom...said he's fine to go back to school, what do we think? Can you see a blister in the middle? My son did look like that and within 24 hours they were obviously poxy. I think you will know for sure in the morning.

I would say yes. Dds didn't blister very much but it was definitely chicken pox and she was covered.

My daughter had something similar last week and I don't think it was CP.
They didnt blister and went away after 2 days. Who knows what these things are!

Thanks for the insight guys, kind of hoping it is cp 'cause then at least I know what it is and then he's had it and it's out of the way! Will update when I know more x

How are you getting on OP?

We are stuck at home with a raging case of CP and although it would be better if your little one was fine, I'd love someone to commiserate with!

Still not sure, just one spot has blistered! (On his bottom) and (touch wood) no sickness last night or today, still no temp though. Hope your little one isn't suffering too much with it x
