Rash? 5 year old DD

This is a long shot but DD (5) has a rash, lower back and a few of the same time spots on her face. I can't seem to identify with any of the rash' on the internet. I have an appointment for her tomorrow just wondered if anyone had any ideas? She's not gravely I'll but she is in bed very sleepy and just looks generally unwell, slight temp (37.5) nothing too worrying. Attaching a pic. Any ideas? Could it just be an allergy/heat rash? TIA
