Nutritionist for kids - recommendations

Hi,
Has anyone used a pediatric nutritionist/dietician? Either one who will do Skype/Phone interviews or someone based in London.
I think my DD has a dairy intolerance and I want to try her on a dairy elimination diet but would rather do it with proper advice/supervision. The GP is not very helpful and I'm not hopeful of getting an NHS referral.
