Experience with broken arms?????

My daughter had a pretty bad break in her fore arm about mid September (one bone completely snapped and the other bent and fractured) they said because she is so young they would let it heal without surgery. However the casts kept coming off and the break ended up moving and has healed into a bad position. The two bones in her arm are touching, but they were hoping that it would separate before they fused. If they fused together there would be loss of movement in the arm.
That was about 3 weeks ago, but over the last few days she now has her fingers on that hand curled up and isn't using them at all, I've even tried to prize her hand open but no. She is only using her thumb and index finger to grab things. We aren't meant to go back for another five months, but the fact she can't seem to open the fingers on her hand is concerning me? Does anyone have any experience of this? I don't know what to do. I don't even know if I could call the fracture clinic and get an appointment with the consultant without some sort of referral.

My DC have often broken bones, some kids bones 'heal' quicker than other but also it might be a separate problem. I'd take to GP soon
