ENT referral time?

My son is 21 months old. He's had a cold pretty much permanently since September last year. He started nursery last November. He's had virus after virus & is the snottiest baby I have ever know. Constant thick yellow snot.
He's been at Dr's loads & get told he's just a snotty baby & it's because he's at nursery.
He also has an older sibling (who was never as bad).
Since May though there's been a deterioration.
We're now on our 5th dose of antibiotics in 3 1/2 months. Which is really concerning me.
We've had a really bad eye infection (seriously swollen eyelid), ear infection, another eye infection, chest infection (last week) & now a possible UTI. We'll it's been treated for that as pain when peeing & white blood cells in urine but he's also got a pretty pink ear.
So we've to take him back to GP early next week to check his ear.
A lot of his issues are his sinuses I think. His eye infections are definitely due to sinuses.
I had adenoids out & grommets in as a child.
And i'm wondering if I should push Dr for a referral to ENT.
Or are we just unlucky?
Feeling frustrated as his routine is crap, his eating is crap, his sleeping is crap because he's always I'll. He's not eaten properly for 2 weeks now since he's had a chest infection followed by UTI.

Oh bless him, yes I would be concerned and would think ENT or paediatrics tbh. It might be that they need to check his bloods to make sure he isn't anaemic or low in some vitamins. Do you give him a daily vitamin tablet?

Thanks! I hadn't been giving him vitamins as I didn't with his sister & she was OK. But I have started recently.
Also going to try some probiotics to get the good bacteria back.
Off to Dr's tomorrow to get his ear checked but so much better since yesterday. x
