Ok so my daughter does gymnastics and tonite I got the bar out for her to practice (chin up bar put up by twisting in doorway) she knows any work done by going over bar she must have mat under and check bar - any ways she's bin doing circle ups without telling me and she's done a few and then it worked loose and as she came over top it gave way and she landed on her head (bout 2 inches into hairline) and knees on carpet.
She screamed all hell broke loose she had been taping it so I saw exactly how she landed - there's a small bump red mark generally scared herself to death but feels ok slight headache and nausea but went to bed fine

Anyway question is should I keep her off school tomorrow and stay with her? (Never dealt with a head injury?)

I'm no expert but the nausea seems like a red flag to me. Can you please ring 111 and check with them?

I'd see how she is in the morning. If she still felt unwell, I'd keep her off.

She seems better her knees are sore (she landed on them as well) and her head seems ok but I think she must have jarred her neck as she said that's hurting this morning?!
