Full of beans after circumcision - ideas needed!

DS (5) had a circumcision on Monday and is recovering brilliantly but is normally very active and of course is being made to rest to avoid injury.
However he is driving me stir crazy now and is having trouble sleeping as he normally walks/scoots to school, 40 minute walk.
Is there anyway I can tire him out? He's been advised to have a week off school
