What to feed a 7 yr old who's growing at an alarming rate

My DD is getting taller by the day, trousers that fit 3 weeks ago and too short now.
What should I be feeding her to fuel all of this growth? We don't eat processed food, or much sugar, so I am not worried about getting her to eat healthy food, just not sure what I should be increasing? She eats school dinners at school, so getting her fair share of cake and custard there. We just don't have it at home.
I remember milk for bones but is that right? I seem to remember vegan friends saying that spinach is better?
She will eat, meat, fish, eggs, bread, beans, most veg, milk and yoghurt. She won't really eat rocket or spinach though, so no grown up salads.
I give her lots of fruit, veg sticks and humous, that kind of thing, but not sure if there is anything extra I should be giving her.
Any suggestions gratefully received

Just more of the same, I'd say. Sounds like she has a healthy diet. Growth spurts are quite normal.

Are we supposed to feed them special food? Confused

i just wondered whether I should feed her loads more calcium or protein to fuel all of the extra bones and muscles that are appearing?

I would add a vitamin D supplement. We use a spray one so quickly absorbable. I would make more protein based dishes and reduce sugary food.

That's interesting magic will try to get the spray - not much chance of me getting her to eat salmon!
