Hi there
My son 16 has been biting nails for few years now. I have used the liquid stuff from chemist on & off. I have also bribed him with treats & money if I see his nails growing but in vain.
He's in taking his GCSE exams and last week I noticed one of his nails is becoming all white, while 2 others are bumpy HmmConfused
I am so concerned and need to do something about it.
Need your help.Hmm
Thank you

We've had this but our son is much younger. One of his fingers got infected because he was biting it so low! The pain of that seemed to finally put him off and he's stopped completely. That part of the nail has grown up and it is a bit rippley but behind it is a perfectly healthy nail so maybe it will grow out eventually once he stops?
