Spotty Botty!

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere.

We are potty training our DD (2yr 8mnth) and she seems to have developed bright red spots on her bum (they dont seem to be bothering her).
Shes in cotton pants most of the day & in pull-ups for her nap (generally dry) and at night.
We always used Pampers nappies but the pull-ups are Huggies.
Could the problem be the change of brand or something else?

All ideas welcome, thanks.
