Vinegar smelling poo

My 5 month old had vinegar smelling poo with a toothpaste consistency, does anyone have an idea what this is as she is also starting to get a red sore bum between cheeks??

Sounds like you've got some teeth coming! My LO's nappies are so acidic when he's teething my eyes hurt when I change his nappy.
