Tonsillitis - a day off nursery?

DD1 has been suffering for a while and struggled through nursery last week (mon to wed) but by Thursday had a high temp and looked rotten. GP has given antibiotics and said its tonsillitis.

Thursday and Friday she was rough but Saturday morning wanted to go to her ballet class but then was wiped for the rest of the day. She's not eaten much but has eaten her tea tonight (the first meal since Wednesday).

Sod's law of course means I'm supposed to be at an office 60 miles away from nursery tomorrow so 1.5 hrs drive if she fails to cope.

WWYD? I'm inclined to say I'm working from home as if I risk it she will fail to cope.

Tonsillitis is grim, my eldest dc was prone to it as a toddler. I don't think nursery tomorrow would be sensible.

Thanks! She's eaten some toast for breakfast but giving nursery a miss. Now to rearrange work.
