What tummy bugs are around at the moment?

My 2 yr old DS was sick at his CM's on Wed. I picked him up at lunchtime and he didn't seem too bad. Was happy to sit and watch TV and ate some toast and a biscuit. I've noticed over the last few days though that he seems to be off his food and says occasionally that he has a tummy ache.

My DH says he's had a tummy ache for the last few days but not been sick. Just wondering if I ought to take DS to the docs or whether it's a bug that's doing the rounds.
