Books for 8yo - loves TinTin

Any recommendations for other books?

DD loves TinTin and we read Emil and the Detectives recently too and she adored that as well.

There are some Tintin graphic books, which she may enjoy as an alternative to the actual books. I bought them from Scholastic.

Asterix may be a similar sort of thing?

He may well love this one, it's based on a strip from Phoenix Comics which I highly recommend too.

Also look at Hilde books by Flying Eye.
