Recommendations for book with chapters for 3yo bedtime

Sorry, not an eloquent title, very tired.

I'm going to start mixing up bedtime to include some stand alone stories and some episodic parts of larger stories to try to get DD more excited about books.

Any recommendations? I was thinking Enid Blyton, DH things the Wizard of Oz (worried this might be complex and a bit creepy but his call). Very open to other suggestions. She is 3 and a half.

Winnie the Pooh is the only thing I've tried so far with DD1 who's 4 & she enjoyed it but liked to repeat chapters still for familiarity.
Watching with interest though coz thinking of doing the same

YY to My Naughty Little Sister, ds (6) and dd (3) really enjoying this series at the mo.
I read DS Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when he had chicken pox when he was nearly 4.

The owl who was afraid of the dark is part of a little series - I read them to my KS1 class who love them; I think they would be ok in small chunks for a 3 year old's bedtime.
You can find them if you google Jill Tomlinson set (they have titles like "The cat who wanted to go home").

The magic faraway tree and my naughty little sister were the first chapter books we did. Both fab!

Try the Claude series by Alex T Smith, plus the Dixie O'Day series from Shirley Hughes.
