Good books for tough times

I thought people might be interested in knowing about the Partnership for Children's list of good books for tough times.

It struck me as a really good list: "The books have been independently selected and reviewed by Partnership for Children. They all deal with difficult feelings and situations ? sibling jealousy, bullying at school, a death in the family ? but are also really good books that can be enjoyed at any time".

(Apologies in advance if there's already been a thread about this, I did look and couldn't find).

Thanks will take a look. DH just been diagnosed with cancer & am finding it hard to know what to say to 3 dd's.
