Books about puberty for girls

Can anyone recommend a good book for parents to understand and help girls going through puberty? More the emotional side than physical. My dd is 10 and her emotions are all over the place! A book that would give us a survival guide for the next 5 years would be good!!! Thanks

My friend got a really good booklet for her to help her 10 yr old girl through puberty from her GP.

it was all written in simple terms that a young girl would understand and goes into a good level of detail.
