I'm 35 wks pregnant and going to be attempting a VBAC this time around.
Last time I had a detailed birth plan which went completely out of the window - don't even think the midwives looked at it, either.
So, this time around I'm not goig to write an essay on pain relief options , but is it worth writing something and attaching it to the front of my notes?
The main points I want to get across are:
I want to keep as mobile as possible during labour.
I want to give birth in as upright a position as possible.
I have SPD, so if I end up with an epiduiral / stirrups / c-section etc they need to be very careful about moving my legs / hips.
I have a large bartholin's cyst (eek)
I am RH Neg
Some of these things are in my notes, but wondering if it would be good to have this info in one prominent place? Or am I over thinking this? (hard not to!)
