Freya app managed miscarriage?

Has anyone got any experience of using the Freya app for a managed late miscarriage labour? I of course haven’t had any antenatal classes and have 48hours to prepare.

I know the app helps with breathing etc but I’m worried they’ll be too many “you will soon get to meet your baby” etc comments which is likely to upset.

Any advice welcome. Please be kind - I’m desperate x

I haven’t used the app but I just wanted to say I’m so sorry for your loss. You sound incredibly brave and strong. Wishing you all the best.

Sorry, OP Sad

I've just checked and it looks like you can turn everything off in settings. I think the positive affirmations is one to avoid.

Yes, if you turn off the specific tracks then you just get background music between surges and counting audio for the surges themselves.

So sorry 😐

You can turn everything off expect the timing bit. So you don’t have to hear or read anything, except checking your timings

Tjank you all four your kindness.

Thank you very much. I will speak to the midwife tomorrow but great to see what can be turned off.

We’ve gone from the excitement gender scan expected to planning a labour with no positive result. I was very anxious of labour but planned to use the second half of pregnancy to calmly prepare. But will just do what I can with limited time.
