Anyone used it to help the cervix and thus the start of labour? Did you use it orally or vaginally? Do you believe it worked for you?

1000000 million percent beneficial for me.

Took it orally from 37 weeks. And used it internally from 38 weeks. I went 9 days overdue but my labour was quick and no tearing. Massive contrast from my first delivery which was 70+ hours and horrific.

Could completely be anecdotal but I would definitely use it again if I had another baby.

So glad you asked this OP!! Was just about to start a thread on this. How much did you use per day? I have a bottle of 500mg capsules...

I think I took 1000Mg initially. And then increased to 2000mg per day at 39 weeks. And then inserted 2-3 capsules near my cervix at night. Put a pad or liner on though! They melt and it can get slightly messy the next morning when you get up.

OK, thanks for the advice! I am going to going to give it a go. Happy to try anything that may lessen tearing/labour time. Good luck too OP!
