Hi

FTM here. I'm just wondering if anyone has done this recently and if they would recommend it? I'm prone to anxiety so scared of PND after the birth next month!

I've looked at some old threads but can't find anything post 2014.

Has anyone done this and what company did you use?

Anecdotally it sounds amazing but don't want to be mugged off £2/300 for an iron tablet!

Thanks Smile

Aloha there . I gave birth on Monday and mine arrived today. I paid £200 for standard capsules which I got loads out of and a cord keepsake . Packages go up to £300 for tinctures and balms etc . I see videos on my girls insta etc of her processing them and she's registered with council etc I'm in n Ireland . I did it mainly for post baby weepyness and energy levels .took a few today . Feedback on her page and from my friends seems to be amazing! Hope this helps !

Total nonsense. Has no proven benefits whatsoever and you'd be daft to waste your money.
