Contraction help??

Hi all!

39+3

Having regular contractions, around 5 minutes apart and on average 30 seconds long.

They're not HUGELY painful, more like incredibly strong period pains. However I do have a good pain threshold. I haven't lost my plug and no waters either. ?

Is this enough to go triage? I don't want to sound stupid by calling and asking if they say no I'm not far along enough yet.

Thanks!!

They may wait until the contractions are stronger and lasting a bit longer (around a minute each) to call you in but I wouldn't be afraid to call them, better to let them know things are happening and then at least they have the heads up when things get going later.

It's also useful so they can make sure there is capacity for you at your chosen place to deliver - definitely just give them a quick call!

I went to the hospital earlier and they wanted 3 contractions in 10 minutes- which happened while I was at home but stopped when I got there😐

Also they wanted 90 second long contractions
