Pain at top of bump

This is baby number 2 (38+5), so you'd think I'd know the difference between trapped wind/BH/labour but I was induced last time and it's all a bit of a blur. I have a terrible pain across the top of my bump. It doesn't seem to ease and flow. It doesn't go away when I lie down or take a bath. It started at 1.30 with the bottom of the bump being really sore and difficulty walking. This lasted about an hour. Went for a lie down and was woken up by the pain at the top. I can't shift it. Any ideas? It feels like a tight belt just below my ribs. Any ideas?
