I had my first baby just over 10 weeks ago. I'm breastfeeding but not exclusively. My postpartum bleeding stopped at 3 weeks. At 6 weeks postpartum I strayed spotting pink or light brown discharge. This is on and off every few days. I have lower bank cramping. It never turns into a period. I have had swabs taken and there is no infection but I am very worried incase it's something more serious like cervical cancer. Is this spotting normal or has anyone else had it? Thanks for any advice.
