I don't know how to go about making a suggestion to you Mumsnet people who run the site but can you change the picture of the woman on the Breathing techniques tips page please? From my many years' experience of teaching NCT classes and now Natal Hypnotherapy I can tell you that she is not in the best position - tucked up in bed - and doesn't look remotely as though she is in labour!
